Acceptable Use

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to use of GLOBALDEV ONE-controlled corporate website features, forms, public interfaces, and other resources that reference this Policy. Product-specific acceptable-use rules may apply separately to individual GLOBALDEV ONE products.

1. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Use the website or related resources for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or malicious activity.
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, infrastructure, credentials, or data.
• Circumvent authentication, rate limits, access restrictions, or security controls.
• Probe, scan, exploit, or test vulnerabilities without prior authorization.
• Introduce malware, harmful code, destructive payloads, or disruptive traffic.
• Interfere with the operation, availability, integrity, or security of the website or related systems.
• Harvest personal information, credentials, or content unlawfully.
• Use automated extraction, scraping, or high-volume requests in a manner that materially burdens the website or violates applicable rights.
• Impersonate GLOBALDEV ONE, its personnel, its products, or another person or entity.
• Use GLOBALDEV ONE names, trademarks, logos, designs, or brand assets without authorization.
• Upload, transmit, or submit material that infringes intellectual-property, privacy, confidentiality, or other rights.
• Use contact or support functions for spam, harassment, fraud, or unauthorized commercial messaging.

2. Protective Action

GLOBALDEV ONE may investigate suspected misuse and may restrict, block, remove, or preserve relevant activity where reasonably necessary to protect users, the company, infrastructure, intellectual property, legal rights, or security. Where legally required, GLOBALDEV ONE may respond to valid governmental, judicial, or regulatory requests.

3. Product-Specific Rules

Individual products may impose additional acceptable-use, security, account, content, transaction, subscription, or compliance requirements. Those rules apply to the relevant product and do not automatically apply to every GLOBALDEV ONE service.
