GLOBALDEV ONE STUDIO LLC ("GLOBALDEV ONE," "we," "us," or "our") provides this Account / Data Deletion information for users of ClarityOS and other GLOBALDEV ONE products who need a clear public path to request deletion of account-related or personal data associated with those products.

1. Scope

This notice covers deletion requests related to ClarityOS and, where applicable, other GLOBALDEV ONE products that store account or personal data under our control. Corporate website contact inquiries alone do not create a product account.

Retained data will be limited to what is reasonably necessary for those purposes.

5. Timing

After we verify your request, we aim to complete deletion within a reasonable period consistent with applicable law and operational constraints. You will receive confirmation when the request has been processed or if additional information is required.
